The app glitches and kicks my daughter off right after she has spent loads of time writing essays for college applications. When she logs back in all her hard work has often been erased. VERY FRUSTRATING. This app is supposed to aid in applying for universities/colleges, but has taken tons of extra time re-doing everything that has been deleted everytime it freezes and glitches...PLEASE FIX!

This app is so glitchy and keeps taking me to the "this is not the page you wanted" page. After clicking the back button, it's always hit or miss whether or not my progress will be saved. It's slow and difficult to navigate. They did waive my app. fees for my applications

A great app and a great platform. The only issue is the format for adding Accuplacer scores. My scores were not segregated into the categories shown on Common App for the Accuplacer test, so I couldn't enter my marks. Please update the format or provide more information on how to enter the scores in 2022.
